Terms of use and data sources
Where every figure comes from and what you can expect of it. There used to be a note on every screen; now it is all in one place.
This is information, not advice
Arvenyx organises, calculates and shows. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, and nothing here is an investment recommendation. When a position goes past a limit you chose yourself, you are told how much it would have to change to fit back inside: that is a division, and you can check it.
Arvenyx holds nothing in custody, is not a broker and is not an investment firm. If an adviser set it up for you, the one answering for the advice is them, not this screen.
You decide, and you check
What you see is a starting point, not a conclusion. Before buying or selling anything, read the source yourself: the fund prospectus, the company accounts, the product sheet. Every page carries the link to the original for that reason.
That something went well does not mean it will. No past return, no historical series and no metric here says anything about what will happen.
Accuracy
The data comes from third parties and is processed here. It is checked for consistency, but it is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current: some prices arrive late, some series have gaps, some splits are badly adjusted at source and some documents get moved by the fund manager.
The risk of acting on what you see is yours. When a source does not answer, the screen says so instead of showing you a stale figure as if it were good; but if a number surprises you, check it before acting on it.
Where each thing comes from
- Shares, ETFs, indices and currencies
- Yahoo Finance. Delayed about 15 minutes while the market is open, and the previous day's close when it is shut.
- Funds
- Yahoo Finance. A fund does not trade: its NAV is the last published day's, usually one or two days behind.
- Fund documents
- The CNMV register for Spanish funds and the manager for the rest. We do not serve the PDFs: the links go to the original, because a copy here would be a stale version the day they change it.
- Big managers' portfolios (13F)
- EDGAR, at the SEC. A 13F is published up to 45 days after quarter end and only covers long positions in US securities: no bonds, no cash, nothing from outside. Options appear at notional value, not at the premium.
- Significant stakes (13D/13G)
- EDGAR. They must be filed within days rather than the 13F's 45, which is why they show up before the quarterly portfolio.
- Insider transactions (Form 4)
- EDGAR, the same day they are filed.
- US congressional trades
- The House of Representatives register. They are declared in amount brackets, not as an exact figure, and up to 45 days later.
- Economic calendar
- TradingView, with the consensus forecasts they publish.
- Crypto candles and derivatives
- Straight from the exchanges: Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Kraken, KuCoin, Gate, MEXC, Coinbase, Bitvavo, Blofin and Bitunix.
- Open interest, funding and liquidations
- They are not the whole market: they are the sum of what each exchange that publishes them gives, and each gives a different slice with a different history.
- Dominance charts (BTC.D, USDT.D…)
- Worked out here by dividing CoinPaprika market caps. The basket is the biggest coins, not literally all of them, so the figure may not match another site's.
- Wallet balances
- Public Bitcoin and Ethereum explorers, from the public address you entered. Never a private key.
- What you entered yourself
- Positions, transactions and limits. This comes from nowhere else: it is yours, and it does not leave this server.
Who owns what you see
The data belongs to its owners —Yahoo, the SEC, TradingView, the exchanges, the fund managers—, each with their own terms. What is Arvenyx's is the calculations, the words and the way it is laid out.
You may show a screenshot or quote a figure with a link to the page it came from. What you may not do is scrape the content, republish it or resell it, nor automate its extraction.
Your account
Arvenyx is open to everyone with a free account: email, password and email confirmation. The account is personal, and the password and what is done with it are your responsibility.
You can delete it whenever you like from Settings › Account, on the web and in the app. An account that abuses the service (for example, automating massive requests) or breaks these terms may be blocked.
Availability and changes
This is a service that can go down, can lose a source and can change. No service level is promised.
These terms may change without prior notice. This version is from October 2026.
If what this page says ever fails to match what the application does, this page wins and it is a bug to be fixed.
