For advisers
Arvenyx organises, calculates, documents and displays risks according to the limits configured by the adviser. It does not issue investment recommendations.
What it does for you
- Suitability test with MiFID II's three blocks and the sustainability preferences, mandatory since 2022.
- The resulting profile is the LOWEST block, not the average: you cannot recommend above what the client can bear, even if they say they tolerate risk.
- A printable suitability report, with the answers, the portfolio's real composition and the points where it goes outside the profile's reference limits.
- A space for your justification, which is what the rule actually asks for and what no program can write for you.
What it does not do, and why that suits you
Arvenyx issues no recommendation. When a position goes past a limit, it says how much would have to change for it to fit back inside: a division you can check, not an opinion about the security.
This is not a technical limitation: it is what keeps the tool from coming between you and your client. You give the advice, you sign it, and the reason is written down.
How you use it today
Today each account belongs to one person. You can run the suitability test, import a client's portfolio from the broker's file or from a screenshot, and print the report for the meeting.
The public concentration and return (IRR) calculators help you prepare a conversation without creating an account. The fund filter by profile, from 1 to 7, shows which funds fit the client's level: it is a filter, not a recommendation, and the choice is still yours.
Not there yet
Several clients with separate access, an activity log and a data-processing agreement. It is designed and not built, because the data model depends on the market-data contract we are closing. We would rather say so than sell it.
